Nice SA recipe with Indian origins.
What You'll Need
- 4 Pork Chops
- Garlic
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- Vinegar ΒΌ cup
- Ginger As required
- Red chili sauce As required
- Salt To Taste
How To Make It
Using vinegar grind to a paste garlic, ginger and the chili powder.
Apply this paste to the chops along with salt to taste.
Refrigerate the chops overnight.
Bake the chops in chili sauce in a moderately hot oven, about 140 degrees Celsius, turning a couple of times until the chops are done.
