Crispy and juicy crumbed chicken breasts. Served best with pumpkin and creamy spinach.
What You'll Need
- 1x pack of 12 chicken breasts
- 4x eggs
- 1x pack of bread crumbs
How To Make It
Crack open egg and beat until bubbles start to form on top. Pour bread crumbs on a board (I use a bread board). Take chicken breasts and dip in the egg until the entirely covered in egg. Take breast and cover it with bread crumbs until both sides are covered.
Pour oil in frying pan and place stove on medium temperature. Once oil is hot place breasts in frying pan. Cook both sides until golden brown.
Remove from frying pan and place in serviettes to drain as much oil as you can. Place in plate and serve with a slice of lemon and veggies of your choice.
