About This Dish
Succulent and tasty cooked Sole that just slides right off the bones. The best fish just got better.
What You'll Need
- 1x Large Sole (East Coast preferably)
- 1x Egg
- 1x 50g Flour
- 50ml oil
How To Make It
Crack open egg and beat until bubbles start to form on top. Pour flour on a board. Take sole and dip in the egg until the entire sole in covered. Take sole and lie flat on flour, turn sole over and do the same. Make sure that the sole is totally covered with flour.
Pour oil in frying pan and place stove on medium temperature. Once oil is hot place sole in frying pan. Cook both sides until the sole is golden brown.
Remove sole from frying pan and place in serviettes to drain as much oil as you can. Place in plate and serve with veggies, lemon and lemon butter sauce.
