Manuel is one of these contemporay explorers. His constant quest to discover new flavours from around the world, and bring them back for all to enjoy, has made our restaurant what it is today. And althoughhe regularly introduces us to new customs, cultures, tastes and flavours, one thing will always remain constant- the heart of Braza itself- our open flame Mozambican style, giant grill.
